I would use some oil (jojoba, etc.) that should hopefully loosen up the pigment and break it down so it's easier to come off. Hope that helps.
If you are really desperate, we have that problem around here regularly and without risking my Mother of the Year status, we use Comet with bleach.
you already did the best thing a mother could do...you took a picture cause we all know that time erases all marks. Except the ones left on a mother's heart.
